Deposits/prepayments are not refundable under any circumstances when the cancellation occur within 7 days of booking. Refunds on payments for other bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependant on the ability to resell the tour. All refunds are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 25% regardless of whether seats are resold or not.
0 - 24 hours prior to tour - 100% fee
24- 48 hours prior to tour - 50% fee
These terms are non-negotiable and receipt of a signed acceptance or pre-payment assumes unconditional agreement to these terms.
Safaris, tours and other activities are subject to change, availability and dependent on weather conditions. Should the operator cancel any tour due to weather conditions, a 90% refund will be allowed. Whenever the operator decides that the weather conditions will not affect the tour or safety of tourists, but the tourist decides to cancel; the cancellation fees will be: 100% within 24 hours and 50% within 48 hours, calculated from time of pick-up.
What should a tourist visiting the area know?
Malaria: Our tours are done in a malaria area. Please take the necessary precautions.
Insect repellent spray is essential.
Clothing: Please ensure that you do not wear any bright coloured clothing.
Clothing should be comfortable and layers are always a good option.
A wind breaker jacket is most essential during winter as well as summer time.
Do not use any perfume or deodorant while on safari.
Comfortable shoes fit for walking are advisable.
Cameras and binoculars are welcome on all tours. Your guide will advise you when it is safe to take pictures.
Sunscreen and sunhats are essential accessories.
